About Sweet Hypothesis

Hi, I'm Aarti, founder of Sweet Hypothesis.

For over a decade, I built my career in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, working in the highly regulated world of cell and gene therapy. My days were spent solving complex problems, following precise processes, and ensuring every detail mattered.

But outside the lab, I found a different kind of joy.

The kitchen was always my creative space—a place to unwind, experiment, and bring ideas to life. I loved testing new recipes, refining old favorites, and adding my own twist to traditional treats. Nothing was more rewarding than sharing something I had made and watching friends and family enjoy it.

In June 2026, I made the leap from one DOE (Design of Experiments) to another—trading the DOE of the laboratory for full-time experimentation in my kitchen. What began as a passion project became Sweet Hypothesis.

Sweet Hypothesis was born from a simple idea: to reimagine the rich and diverse flavors of India through modern, contemporary desserts. I wanted to create treats that evoke memories, emotions, and the comforting flavors of home while presenting them in a form that feels familiar and approachable to a broader audience.

Every dessert is thoughtfully crafted using simple, recognizable ingredients. We avoid artificial flavors, additives, preservatives, and essences, allowing real ingredients and authentic flavors to shine. Our desserts are balanced in sweetness, designed to be indulgent without being overwhelming—something that delights both the palate and the soul.

One of the greatest joys of this journey is seeing traditional Indian flavors embraced by a new generation and discovered by those experiencing them for the very first time. Whether it's a familiar taste that sparks nostalgia or an unexpected flavor combination that inspires curiosity, every dessert tells a story.
